Wendy Templeton has been providing advice to individuals, families and business for over 25 years, and has appeared successfully before the Tax Court of Canada. Her experience includes the private practice of law, in house at a major financial institution, and tax practice at a major international accounting firm. The unique blending of tax and estate planning background provide clients with an excellent opportunity to explore the tax saving opportunities available as part of the estate planning process. In addition, personal tax planning opportunities can be identified. Wendy gained her expertise from a background in private practice of law and both the accounting and financial services sector uniquely qualifies her to work with clients, their investment advisors and other professional advisors. Wendy has a reputation for being very knowledgeable, personable, and able to win the confidence of clients and her peers. Wendy is a past Chair of the Wills Trusts and Estates Section of the Canadian Bar Association and co-founded the Canadian Bar Association national Will, Estate, & Trust and Fundamentals Course.
