Lyn Wise

Job Titles:
  • Accounting Manager
Lyn started with Texas Ace Heating & Air on New Year's Eve, 2013. She was the missing link that the company so desperately needed. Initially, Lyn would serve as the office manager - someone who could immediately provide strong organizational skills and a keen eye for details. But that wasn't her only claim to fame with Texas Ace Heating & Air. She was also able to expand the company's genetic pool as the company's first female hire. With her addition, the dynamics of the office soon shifted. For the first time, walls weren't just beige - hers were "Toasted Almond". The burnt popcorn smell was soon replaced with scents of cinnamon and apple, with hints of vanilla. And very quickly, employees started referring to her as both Mother Hen and Queen Bee. Over the course of the past few years, Lyn has continued to embody and expand her role within the company. While she continues to direct and navigate the intricacies of the office, she also serves as the company's Accounting Manager. To this point, she has cultivated and grown a single position into what is now the Accounting Team. She is quick to give accolades to both her dynamic team and the many female faces that now represent Texas Ace Heating & Air. And, she continues to trailblaze the path for so many, she points out, "Women are naturally born leaders and caretakers. We are so fortunate to have assembled such a talented group of strong, smart, witty women who stand shoulder to shoulder with our men and do it with such style and grace."

Roger Villarreal

Roger Villarreal started with Texas Ace Heating & Air in January 2015. When he first started, he represented the entire New Construction Department - a department that did not exist prior to his hire. He served as the sales rep, the field rep, the QC rep, the designer, and the manager. Quickly identifying an area within the company both ideal and necessary for growth, Roger set out to foster and build relationships with as many builders, and project managers as he could - the easiest of his tasks, given his commitment to customer care and service. Already known within the industry for his direct collaboration and tenacious work ethic, his attention to the customer experience has helped grow the department into the largest sector of Texas Ace Heating & Air. And, as the New Construction Department continues to grow, so too the team. Now a highly prized ensemble of the most experienced and professional talent, the New Construction Department employs a support staff led by Dan Lopez; a Quality Control crew led by Chad Day; a Start-Up crew led by Mark Dearborn; a Warehouse crew led by Isai Lopez; and, an Engineering staff led by Billy Wofford. And this is where Roger is most comfortable - much preferring to discuss the team's accolades than that of his own attributes - awards such as Vendor of the Month, Trade of the Quarter, and Outstanding Vendor of the Year. Just as important, are the personal rewards that come from working with such programs as Habitat for Humanity and Homes for Troops. And, while the success of the department lies largely with the team's efforts, it's Roger's big heart and big personality that continues to win over his peers, his customers, and his community of builders.

Shawn Bell

Job Titles:
  • Residential Manager
Shawn started with Texas Ace Heating & Air in August 2014, bringing with him an already well-known list of accomplishments within the HVAC industry. Initially hired to help grow existing builder relationships and develop new business opportunities within the residential sector, Shawn quickly proved he was the perfect person for the job. Shawn established and grew his department by refining partnerships and creating a loyal customer base that resulted in a hugely successful network of referrals. To date, Shawn is ranked as the #3 comfort advisor in the nation with Lennox. Quick to squash any talk about himself, he turns the conversation back toward his team. Over the last few years, Shawn has created a department stacked in talent and experience. He hired a residential change out manager, Phill Seward; a residential service manager, Kyle Doering, and a top-talent sales executive, Rick Brown. Empowering his leaders to further develop the service department, the team quickly realized the need and benefit of offering continuing education classes. As a result, all technicians are offered weekly training meetings and several opportunities each year to hone their craft and develop new skills. And, the CSR team also capitalizes on training opportunities where they learn techniques to enhance a customers' experience beginning with the first phone call. While Shawn is eager to discuss the talent in his team, he smiles sheepishly when the I conversation steers back to his own talents and national awards. And with that, he stands up to head out to his next appointment and simply states, "It's not about me. It's about all of us - the team, the family."
