Vasco Cheese cc, established in 1996 started off as a very small company in Durbanville by Vassil Pantchev (known as Vasco) and his wife who immigrated to South Africa from Bulgaria in search of a new life. They started making cheese in very small quantities and selling to a few small clients in the area. Later in 1998 they moved to a bigger location where they could make larger amounts and employing more and more staff. Today the company produces tons of cheese on a daily basis and sold country wide... We do exports to Namibia, Angola and Port Elizabeth. All of our products are Halaal and we are HACCP registered as well. We supply to leading restaurants around the Western Cape at competitive prices,we sell in the form of bulk, grated, packaged in different sizes depending on your request... As manufacturers of cheese in the Western Cape, we are of Bulgarian origin and have our expertise to another continent in producing cheese.
