Josh and the service he provided was brilliant. We had flown out to Vancouver form Edmonton to visit a few short listed businesses to see who could help us find a diamond that felt like it was meant for us. Josh listened to our concerns and was able to translate them into an impressive selection of diamonds for us to be able to see and touch as we compared the different nuances between them. He had a quiet confidence and sensed when to let us spend time with the diamonds without talking so we could understand if there was one that truly spoke to us and was better than what we had imagined. And indeed there was. We where and remain so grateful for his efforts, professional manner, being prepared, organized and being able to put together a solid range of potential diamonds along with the one that turn out to be our ideal diamond.
