From volunteering at a University-wide event to working one-on-one mentoring students, URVC volunteers are committed to making the University and its surrounding community a better place to live and work. With ever-increasing needs in our communities, the URVC is dedicated to expanding its resources to meet these needs with active, skilled volunteers... The URVC acts as a referral center by matching and providing opportunities with University of Minnesota Twin Cities retirees to use their knowledge, skills, and interests in volunteer service to University of Minnesota internal and external communities... URVC offers a wealth of volunteer opportunities - both within the University of Minnesota and in the Twin Cities' community.
