Mr. Ty has been a Maryland licensed attorney since May 2001. He received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2001, and he became licensed in the US District Court for Maryland in 2010. He was also a Medic for the United States Army Reserve for 8 years. He obtained his degree in criminology/criminal justice from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2000. Mr. Ty has lived in Maryland since 1988. Mr. Ty is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the Howard County Bar Association and the Howard County Inns of Court. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
