WESTERN PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION

Western Pavement Maintenance Association (WPMA) is a non-profit consulting organization that educates cities, counties and other agencies on the benefits of Asphalt-Rubber technologies, principally Asphalt-Rubber Aggregate Membrane (ARAM) applications. Our mission is to help agencies utilize the most cost-effective maintenance strategies possible with ARAM, while simultaneously helping the environment by recycling over 600 California scrap tires per lane mile, which cuts into California's scrap tire epidemic. WPMA is comprised of various members in the industry, all with the common goal of advocating maintenance strategies that are both fiscally-responsible and have decades of proven performance.
