Brendan Hennessy

Brendan has more than 15 years of experience in sales and business development roles. Prior to joining Allegiant, he worked with two major global financial services companies where he gained valuable sales experience and learned the importance of building strong relationships with his clients. Exposed to Allegiant through a few small projects, Brendan recognized that he could leverage his financial, global and sales expertise to expand Allegiant's scope of services and breadth of clients. He joined the company full time in 2011 and has played a key role in growing into the consulting service it is today. Brendan has developed an extensive network of global contacts throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He has a strong background in global business development, supply chain management and strategic sourcing. He leads the sourcing part of Allegiant utilizing the company's relationships with many global and regional OEM's and Tier 1's. He was a major part of starting up a company in India for a North American client and sees this as an opportunity for growing Allegiant. Brendan has a BS in Finance and International Business and a BA in German from Ohio State.

William (Bill) Hennessy

Having more than 40 years of experience in the global market and 20+ years in senior management positions, Bill Hennessy is a seasoned leader. He is a global thinker with a strong background in manufacturing and business development. He has demonstrated the ability to build international operations from the ground up, and is skilled in the transformation and restructuring of existing businesses. Through his years of experience he has built a solid and substantial network of global contacts consisting largely of multi-national companies and their executives. Bill spent 28 years with a large multi-billion dollar global component supplier to the automotive, commercial vehicle and off-highway markets. He entered the company as an industrial engineer worked his way up through the ranks with a proven track record. Some of his assignments included plant manager of three different plants, general manager of a $400 million division, VP of Global Manufacturing for a $2.5 billion business unit and VP of North & South American operations. Additionally, Bill has served on the board of directors for four companies, two in India and two in China. Prior to the above, he worked for the world's largest agribusiness company for three years. After retiring in 2005, Bill formed his own company and has enjoyed success in assisting numerous clients in a global market. Bill has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of North Dakota and did his MBA work at the University of Minnesota.
