Chance Butler

Chance is the Founder & Chief Investment Officer of Pacific Landfall. Chance has over a decade of experience performing Digital Forensics Investigations as well as Cybersecurity services for Government and private corporations, helping countless clients analyze, mitigate and remediate all types of cyber attacks. Prior to founding Pacific Landfall, Chance held Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics positions with General Dynamics, NetSecurity, Geisinger Health System, and OPTiMO IT. He graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Computer Forensics.

Dan Webber

He has served as Chief Information, Security, and Technology Officer for 24 years, 13 of those years have been spent in healthcare and biotech. The other 11 in manufacturing, technology, consulting, and hospitality companies. He strategically advises and sits on boards for companies in artificial intelligence/machine learning, cybersecurity, mesh networks, innovation, design, and analytics. He is a CPA and CGMA.

Ed Adams

Ed is a software quality and security expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. He served as a member of the Security Innovation Board of Directors since its inception in 2002 and took over as CEO in 2003. Prior to his work at Security Innovation, Ed held senior management positions at Rational Software, Lionbridge, Ipswitch, and MathSoft. He was also an engineer for the US Army and Foster-Miller earlier in his career. Ed is a Ponemon Institute Research Fellow, Privacy by Design Ambassador by the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and Forbes Technology Council Member, and serves on the board of several IT security organizations. Ed graduated from UMass Lowell with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and English Literature and earned his MBA with honors from Boston College.

Eric Shapiro

Eric is AppVision's Director of Software Development, overseeing the teams that envision, specify and develop AppVision's next-generation products. Eric has been developing Apple software for over 30 years and spent several years actually teaching programming seminars for Apple itself. His clients have also included Microsoft, The Weather Channel, Philips Electronics, Scholastic, and many others. He was the tech lead for eight major iOS app development projects including Weather Underground's flagship weather app and has won awards from PC Magazine, Byte, Palm, and Apple.

Gary Gross

Gary is AppVision's Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. For over 30 years Gary has been involved in technology sales, management, and leadership. Prior to joining AppVision, Gary was most recently with IBM Security and Mercury Development within the Cybersecurity and Mobile App development space. He graduated from Indiana University, majoring in Marketing, Management & Administration. He is a nationally certified Emergency Medical Responder and a volunteer First Responder with the Fire Corp of Sandy Springs Georgia.

Norm Klapper - CEO, Chairman

A passionate product visionary and leader, Norm founded AppVision to provide innovative cyber security technology to the rapidly growing Mobile and IoT environments. Under Norm's leadership, AppVision has developed its technology into a comprehensive solution, delivering powerful security and application visibility to enterprises around the world. A technologist at heart and an experienced Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Norm started his career with positions at AT&T, British Petroleum and Ernst & Young. He graduated from Indiana University, majoring in Computer Science and Finance.

Paul Paget

Paul has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in information security. Paul most recently led Pwnie Express as CEO. Previously Paul was CEO at Savant Protection and Core Security Technologies. Paul has served in executive and management roles with other technology companies including Baltimore Technologies, GTE CyberTrust, Lotus Development and IBM. He served as an independent board director with Nitro Security which was acquired by Intel/McAfee in 2011. Paul is a graduate of Bowdoin College.

Vladimir Svidesskis

Vladimir is an experienced and credentialed information security professional who is strongly involved in the security community. He is currently the Information Security Director for the Georgia Lottery Corporation. He is Co-Chair of the Governing Body of Evanta Atlanta CISOs, on the Advisory Council at SecureWorld and on the Governing Board of CISO Summit Atlanta. Earlier in his career he served in the US Marine Corps. Vladimir has obtained his CISSP from ISC2, CISM and CRISC from ISACA and GSLC from GIAC.
