Andrew Parsons has been helping people function optimally, take part and live well in a variety of personal and professional situations for over 15 years. He uses an integrative mind-body-spirit approach using Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching, Mentoring and Somatic or Energy Therapies such as EFT, Energy Clearing and Breathwork.
Andrew Parsons is a former research scientist and biopharma business executive. He set up Reciprocal Minds in 2012. Reciprocal Minds specialises in supporting mental wellbeing for individuals and businesses, particularly during times of change and stress.
He was a founding member of the Fountain Centre Coaching Service that supports those impacted by cancer at the Royal Surrey NHS Trust. He is one of the curating authors of Empowerment in Health and Wellness, a book that outlines how practitioners can use coaching and mentoring skills to help people build the resources to stay well in the face of change https://amzn.to/3DTj9fp.

Andrew is an NLP Master Practitioner, EMCC Master Accredited Coach/Mentor, Certified Professional Medical Coach and CNHC registered (hypnotherapy) health and social care professional. He is also a member of the multi-cultural competency team in the National Wellness Institute (USA) and the Association for Business Psychology.
Julie is the current Treasurer for BAThH. She has had a varied career mainly in digital marketing, account management and partnership development in the tourism sector including at P&O and Post Office. She is a hypnotherapy practitioner in Canterbury, Kent.
As the BAThH Secretary Louise brings a wealth of administrative experience from working in The City and local University for many years. As well as having a Hypnotherapy business Louise is a Reflexologist being interested in the connection between our minds and body.
Mia Pal is a Neurolinguistic psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, consultant on trauma and trauma related difficulties, founder and director of In Cognition UK; serves as Chair of the BPS North West branch. BA( Honours), MBPsS, PGDip.

Zetta runs a successful hypnotherapy practice "Head Together" in Deal and in London. Zetta started her career in the media - as part of the management team of News International and later Director of GCP, she has edited the BAThH Journal for six years. Zetta has also been a member of the BAThH Board for several years, she brings many years experience as a CEO in the third sector to her role as Chair of BAThH. Zetta is also the Vice-Chair of UKCHO and a trustee of the Research Council for Complementary Medicine. She is the author of two books "The Healing Metaphor" and "Self-Help, Self-Hypnosis" and runs practitioner level training through her company "Headtogether Training". She has a vision to make BAThH the kite mark of excellence in hypnotherapy practice in the UK.
