Judy Rosenblatt grew up in Norfolk, Virginia, graduating from Granby High School in 1974. In 1977, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Urban Studies. She received a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 1985, she received her law degree from the University of Richmond... Judy first began the practice of law in private practice with the law firm of Anderson and Padrick, P.C. In 1988 the firm merged with Inman, Lee and Oliveri and became Anderson and Inman, P.C. Throughout her career Ms. Rosenblatt has always specialized in family law. She appears in all of the Hampton Roads courtrooms representing clients in divorce, custody, support and visitation matters. She was appointed as a Special Justice for the Virginia Beach Circuit Court in November 1988 and heard civil mental commitments from 1986 until 2005.
