CA Kamal Sharma is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He qualified in November, 2008 and is in the professional practice since then. He has experience in statutory audit, tax audit, MVAT Audit, taxation, finance and consultancy to clients. He also has good knowledge of Indirect Taxes i.e. VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax.
He has experience of Statutory Audit of Banks. He also has experience in field of Corporate Law matters like formation of Company, Annual Return Filing, and Drafting of MOA & AOA and all type of ROC Matters etc. He participates in various seminar of ICAI. He has completed course on audit of Co operative Societies. He is currently pursuing course of Company Secretary & Information System Audit (ISA).
