Tracy Markle

Tracy has worked in a variety of clinical and therapeutic settings providing services to teens, adults, and families for over 20 years. The areas she specializes in are, recovery from addictions and mental illness, improved relationships, successful life transitions, and academic and employment success. Tracy and CCS provide education, psychotherapy, and intervention support to teens, young adults and their families who are impacted by the effects of technology and drug and alcohol addiction. Tracy collaborates with national experts in the field of Internet addiction, which allows her and the team to provide the most innovative treatment approaches when working with young adults who struggle with this issue. While working with young adults and families in the office setting as a therapist, Tracy found that although change did occur it was minimal for many of her clients who struggled with compulsive and addictive behaviors, as well as difficultly launching into the academic and work world successfully. The relationship is an important factor when it comes to creating change, however one to two hours per week of psychotherapy was often not enough. As a result, Tracy developed and implemented a community-based therapeutic program called Markle Solutions, LLC for teens, young adults, and families in 2008. The team at Markle Solutions provides psychotherapy and community-based support to young adults living independently or in the home with their family. Collegiate Coaching Services, a trade name of Markle Solutions, LLC was formally recognized as a young adult transitional living/aftercare program in 2012. Tracy leads a team of therapists, parent coaches, therapeutic and recovery coaches at CCS. They specialize in transitions, the treatment and recovery from drug and alcohol addictions, video game and Internet addictions, as well as recovery from mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety. In addition, the team provides guidance and support in the areas of academic challenges, relationships, and improved motivation and accountability.
