Jacquie Davidson

Jacquie is the Director and Financial Controller at Davidson Projects and is responsible for overseeing all financial, staffing, corporate, contractual and legal matters. She has over 20 years' experience in the building industry and is integral to the strategic direction of the organisation and the day to day running of its operations.

Jeremy Appleby

Jeremy is a Project Manager and qualified Carpenter at Davidson Projects with over 20 years' experience in the building industry. He has many years experience as a Site Supervisor and now as a Project Manager. He works closely with the client representative and the Davidson's Site Supervisor to ensure the project is completed according to the key milestones, and that the quality and finishes are of the highest standard.

Jon Britton

Job Titles:
  • Site Supervisor
Jon is an experienced Site Supervisor and Carpenter with over 18 years' experience in the construction industry. Jon is responsible for keeping in check the quality of work on his site, managing the onsite trades and supply of materials, and ensuring that the project is completed in the allocated time and according to the programme. He works closely with the Project Manager, Client and Building Management and ensures that all site safety procedures are adhered to.

Steve Ashwood

Job Titles:
  • Senior Estimator
Steve is the Senior Estimator at Davidson Projects and is responsible for the preparation of detailed quotations for all tenders, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers and planning the schedule of works. He is also involved with cost control, contract variations, contract administration and liaising with the Project Manager and client representative on costs and orders where necessary.
