Jon is an experienced Site Supervisor and Carpenter with over 18 years' experience in the construction industry.
Jon is responsible for keeping in check the quality of work on his site, managing the onsite trades and supply of materials, and ensuring that the project is completed in the allocated time and according to the programme. He works closely with the Project Manager, Client and Building Management and ensures that all site safety procedures are adhered to.
Steve is the Senior Estimator at Davidson Projects and is responsible for the preparation of detailed quotations for all tenders, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers and planning the schedule of works.
He is also involved with cost control, contract variations, contract administration and liaising with the Project Manager and client representative on costs and orders where necessary.
