We also allow other small business owners to open a booth and sell merchandise and services. The Dix Jazz Market, also known as the Algiers Flea Market, is located in the West Bank of New Orleans, Louisiana. Since the year 2008, the Algiers flea market has hosted some of the most diverse and resilient small business owners of the city.
