EMERGICLEAN - Key Persons
Alyson Daikalo graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA in Footwear Design & Construction as well as an AAS in Graphic Design. Alyson spent the first 15 years of her professional career as a Product Development Manager in the footwear industry.
Pivoting her career, Alyson joined Emergi-Clean, Inc. in 2019, bringing much of her product development, lifecycle skillset with her, evolving into her current Office Administrator role. Alyson wears many hats within the Emergi-Clean, Inc. office, and enjoys moving each job through it's lifecycle. Alyson enjoys the family-type environment that is found at Emergi-Clean, Inc.
Alyson can be found spending time with family when she's not working.

Alyssa comes from the Restoration/ Insurance Industry and started working for Emergi-Clean, Inc. in 2017.
Her job duties have included but not limited to office support, Project Coordinator, and most recently Special Projects/ Executive Assistant to the COO.
Alyssa enjoys being able to help customers and families through traumatic situations and difficult times.
She enjoys spending time with her family and crafting when not working.
Ann Marie Michalczyk has an AA Degree in Accounting with an emphasis on Retail/Marketing. Ann Marie has spent the past 30 years in the Emergency Environmental/Remediation field as a Project/General Manager.
Ann Marie joined Emergi-Clean, Inc. in 2020 to assist the company in growing by securing their certification as a Small/Women Owned Business and concentrating on obtaining their A901 License as well as solidifying company compliance policies.
Ann Marie enjoys working for Emergi-Clean, Inc. because of the hands on approach and the dedication of the crews and the passion of owners for customer satisfaction.
When not at work Ann Marie can be found at the Jersey Shore spending time walking and relaxing on the beach.
Ian Lopes, has been a Project Manager at Emergi-Clean since 2018
Ian focused on continuing his education to advance his skills as a bio-remediation technician.
He believes the most satisfying part of his job is being able to help others and positively impact their lives.
Ian is well experienced in many fields and has held numerous positions throughout his career in the foodservice industry before coming to Emergi-Clean, Inc.
Kristen Hickman has worked for Emergi-Clean, Inc. for the past 20 years in various positions. Currently Kristen is an Educational Supervisor for ECI and CPR trainer for staff. Her duties include overseeing the training requirements & needed materials for in house employees. Her vast knowledge of Chemistry, Microbiology, and Environmental Sciences has set her apart in the field of Bioremediation.
Kristen graduated with a B.S. from Montclair State University in 2002 and continued her education by getting a Masters Certification in 2004 and M.S. in 2010. Kristen is a CPR/First Aid instructor and currently holds a few OSHA certifications like Hazwoper 40 Hr. and 30 Hr. Construction. She is also certified through the NJ state Department of Education as a supervisor and classroom educator.
Scott Vogel has over 20 years in the Bio-Remediation Field and currently holds the CBRM (Certified Bio-Recovery Master) certification from the international association, American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA). A graduate from the University of Central Florida, Scott is respected in the Biohazard Remediation field due to his ability to manage and guide industry leaders.
Scott's exemplary teaching skills and knowledge have earned him seats as the current Educational Committee Chair with the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA) and the Government Affairs Committee Chair for Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA). He is also a primary instructor for the Environmental Health Safety International East Coast Training Center. Vogel holds multiple certifications in emergency response, bioremediation, and OSHA Safety Training.
