Lisa Bradley is the owner and principal coach at Flange Coaching and Human Performance Solutions, LLC. A twenty-plus year veteran in the corporate arena, Lisa is no stranger to the stress and discomfort associated with trying to do more with less. She has experienced the challenge of running on the gerbil wheel while juggling work, family, and personal responsibilities. In fact, the resulting physiological and psychological effect of this juggling act is one of the reasons she formed Flange Coaching. Lisa enjoys helping clients articulate their skills and capabilities, and align them with their professional goals. Lisa has worked for organizations in the non-profit and for-profit arenas including Detroit Symphony Orchestra, The Mars Agency, Xerox, AAA, MetLife, General Physics, Lutheran Child and Family Services, and Vista Maria. She has provided coaching and workshops for clients in corporate, social services and academia. Upon completing coach training in 2013, Lisa decided to align her professional activities with her passion for helping people. Coaching serves as a platform from which she helps stressed out leaders, dysfunctional work teams, and people in transition reconnect with their passions, Align With Their Vision and Live On Purpose! Lisa is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and holds ISPI's designation as a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). Lisa has served on the Board of Directors for both organizations' Michigan Chapters. Lisa holds a BA in Sociology and Business from Adrian College, a MS in Education and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Capella University, a MA in Human Development and a Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
