She identifies talking points that can be used to open adoption-related discussions between child and parent. Using general interest books to open such sensitive and vital subjects helps the conversations flow more naturally.

Sharon motivates and inspires connection and communication to those that are living the process of adoption. As an adoptee, Sharon genuinely understands the trials, tribulations, and triumphs that families experience as newly formed unions.
Sharon also serves as an Independent Contractor with Incredible Family, a business providing workshops that train parents how to recognize their own and their children's strengths. She utilizes the Gallup Strength Finder Assessment to unlock and define strengths that are valuable to the journey of a healthy transition in becoming successful parents.
Sharon is an adoption specialist in her coaching focus. She brings a deep knowledge of potential issues and considerations of pre-adoption as well as experience in helping adoptive parents work though the complexities that may appear post-adoption.

Susan is a certified performance and relationship coach. Informed by a wide variety of life experience, she embraces nearly 30 years of personal adoption experience including international, trans-racial, and domestic adoptions.
Susan is a former member of the Washington State Bar. She graduated Cardozo School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, and has a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from New York University. She is a Certified Performance Coach, a Leadership Coach, a Relationship Coach, and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. Additionally, Susan is an urban soul line dancer, yoga enthusiast, and avid gardener in sunny Southern California.
