Born in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Received his law degree from the University of Monterrey in 1982. He is the partner in charge of the real estate law department and has over 25 years of experience. He and his team have participated in multiple transactions between land owners and developers, as well as advising on all legal aspects inherent to real estate developments, from their inception until they are duly qualified to offer their product to the public -that is from the acquisition of land throughout the construction, sales or leases of units or lots to the public.
