Adam Nash-Smith is a qualified building consultant with over 25 years' experience in the structural engineering, construction, remedial building and building assessment industries, both in Australia and in the UK. Having worked for Consulting Engineers, Remedial Building Contractors and Home Owners Warranty Insurance companies over the course of his career, Adam has gained a broad range of experience on ‘all sides of the fence' across the construction and remedial building industries. This experience encompasses a variety of properties, including new and existing domestic, commercial and industrial buildings. Adam is well-placed to provide expert advice to assist his Clients. As an accomplished building consultant he can offer a wide range of building consulting services, including building defect inspections, end of warranty assessments & reports, forensic engineering, water ingress and waterproofing issues, building condition reports, dilapidation reports, managing tenders, contract administration and ‘works in progress' reports. Adam is also experienced in dispute mediation, including facilitating and co-ordinating the return of the original Builder to site. Adam is a full member of the Institute of Building Consultants of NSW, and a member of the Institute of Structural Engineers (UK).
