Bill is a Project Manager for our roofing division. He joined Henson Robinson in 1990, after working at a family-owned roofing business for 17 years.
Braden grew up in Illinois and worked in the Residential Market throughout High School and College. He graduated from Rend Lake College with an Associates in Architecture and completed his Bachelors in Construction Management at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
After college, Braden started working for a Contractor in Champaign, working on U of I projects for 2 Years. He later moved to Austin where he worked for a General Contractor, but moved back home after 3 1/2 years to be closer to his family. Braden joined HRCO at the beginning of January as a Roofing Project manager.

Brandon Koishor joined Henson Robinson Company as their Residential HVAC Sales Supervisor in February 2020. Brandon came to Henson Robinson Company from Woare's Inc., where he served as Inside Sales Representative and assisted managing their Springfield Branch since 2017. He has worked with many local contractors and homeowners throughout the Springfield Community. Brandon is a graduate of Benedictine University with a Bachelor's in Business Management & Finance. Brandon resides in Springfield with his wife Mary.

Brian is a legacy here. His great grandfather founded Petersburg Plumbing and Heating, and the family business is running through his veins four generations later. Brian started out at the bottom rung, working in the warehouse and doing inventory, then learning the plumbing trade, before earning his way into management. He's very involved in the industry and has a long list of accomplishments and affiliations to attest to that dedication.
Brian's main focus today is building relationships with new clients and making sure that long-time clients never have a reason to look anywhere else.

As a former union carpenter, C.J. likes to take a hands-on approach in his role as Project Manager and Estimator at Henson Robinson. He joined us in 2008, after 16 years as a member of the Roofers Local 112. In addition to managing projects and working with clients, C.J. has played an integral role in the training and development of many of our current foreman.
Chaize has worked for Henson Robinson Company as a lead roofing foreman since 2014 and has been with the company for over 10 years. Chaize has proven himself to be a leader in the field and we are excited to see the contributions he will make to our roofing department and the value he will add with his hands-on experience running and managing large scale roofing projects.
Charlie earned a degree in biology with an eye towards medical school before deciding that his future was with the family roofing business, a trade he has known since the age of 13. Charlie joined Henson Robinson in 2017 after the family business closed its doors, and his years of expertise are being put to great use as a Project Manager and Estimator for our commercial roofing division.

For over 25 years, Darren has been using his expertise in sheet metal applications, and his communication and managerial skills, to ensure that projects are carried out in a timely, safe and efficient manner. Darren currently serves as a Field Superintendent for Henson Robinson, where he oversees the daily operation of projects and develops relationships with clients and contractors. Quality control and maintaining the client's scope of work are also on his long list of daily responsibilities.
Growing up on a family farm, hard work has always been a part of Dave's life. That work ethic serves him well as Warehouse Manager. Over his 30-year career in the industry, Dave has also worked as an installation specialist, service manager, sales manager, and a Project Manager for residential heating, ventilating and cooling systems.

When Dominic meets with a customer, he has one overriding goal - make sure they receive the best service possible at a reasonable price. It's Dominic's job to provide estimates on commercial and residential plumbing jobs, and then to schedule the right people to get the job done. Thanks to the many years operating his own plumbing service, Dominic has seen it all and knows how to diagnose a problem and provide an affordable solution. The hundreds of customers he has worked with over the years will attest to friendliness and honesty.

Jamie has gained a tremendous amount of expertise over his three decades in the plumbing and HVAC trades. He uses that experience to provide the greatest benefit to each customer based on their unique needs. Jamie is a residential HVAC sales supervisor at Henson Robinson. His many years working in the field leading installation, maintenance and troubleshooting projects provides him with unique insights into his position that allow him to provide solutions that work to the customers' best interests.

From interior plumbing to water and sewer mains, Jody knows how to keep things flowing. He's been a key player on the Henson Robinson team since he came over in the acquisition of PPH in 2011. As a Project Manager, he puts his four decades of experience to work on process, treatment plant and industrial piping systems. Throughout his career he has learned the business as a journeyman plumber/pipe fitter, estimator and project superintendent.

When Joe joined as Chief Financial Officer in 2018, he brought along not only stellar credentials in accounting and finance but also a knowledge of the industry in which Henson Robinson operates. During his 14-year career at Sikich, a top 30 CPA firm in the nation, Joe worked with commercial clients, including those in construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and distribution. He also served as Partner-in-Charge of the firm's construction and real estate team, providing him extensive experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. In March of 2021, Joe moved into the position of President of Henson Robinson Company.
Joe is active in the community and in the industry, serving on boards and participating in many groups and organizations, including the United Way of Central Illinois, Central Illinois Builders. Associated General Contractors of Illinois, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Construction Financial Management Association.

Landing a job at a mom-and-pop HVAC shop while still in high school helped to set John down a successful career path that carries on to this day. Along the way, he gained experience installing residential heating and cooling, while attending community college, then eventually joining the Pipefitters Local 137 and working out of Henson Robinson's service department. Today, John works as a Project Manager and Estimator, while remaining active with industry groups and continued education.

After a career in banking, sales, accounting and collections, Joleen has found a home in our service department. She enjoys working with our HVAC customers and helping them with our residential preventative maintenance program. Internally, Joleen also helps with dispatching and invoicing.

Although Kathy is new to our team, she arrives after a 30-year career in customer service and office administration. She's putting all that experience to work assisting with residential service calls and dispatching technicians, along with processing billing invoices for our HVAC division.

Kris brings a unique combination of higher education, professional development and labor experience to his role of Vice President of HVAC at Henson Robinson. After graduating with a double major in business and economics, he joined the Sheet Metal Local Union #218, where he had the opportunity to teach apprentices. An internship with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce provided him a background in community growth and development, experience he uses not only on the job but as a member of the City of Springfield Mechanical Commission, a group charged with furthering economic growth and expansion in the capital city.

As a Project Manager, Mark has worked on notable projects for healthcare facilities, public utilities, schools and state government buildings. Micky is a licensed professional engineer who spent seven years as a designer for transportation, municipal, and development projects before realizing that his passion was for the construction side of the industry. He loves the fast-paced environment of a job site and the need to think quickly to solve problems as they arise. As a Project Manager/Engineer, Micky's goal on every job is to earn the client's trust and to deliver quality solutions that fulfill their needs. He shares that passion and dedication by participating in the Leadership Academy sponsored by the Association of General Contractors of Illinois.
Morgan is new to the Henson Robinson family. She joined us in 2018, after five years in the construction equipment industry. Morgan makes sure that everyone gets paid. In addition to managing payroll, she also handles the union fringe reports, assists with accounts receivable, human resources and other administrative duties. Her versatility and willingness to help out where needed makes Morgan a valuable member of our team.
