HS Group was founded in 2009, a one-stop plastic solutions provider for product structure optimize, mold design, mold making, injection molding and assembly, secondary process. We currently operate two companies: HS Mold Limited and MedHundred Technology Limited, and two overseas service bases- one support center in Germany for mold modification and mold repair; one engineering & technical office in the United States... HS Mold provides the finest, most comprehensive plastic product development services to a number of markets, including: Automotive Interior & Exterior Parts, Automotive Lighting, Functional Components; In 2016, MedHundred opened its doors, specialize in Medical Parts, Packaging & Consumer Goods. All these products can be very complex with many challenges, including multi-cavity mold, stack mold, two shot mold, auto-unscrewing (mechanical, hydraulic driven), overmold & insert mold, large size tooling, multi-stage ejection, hydraulic side actions.
