While working as a physical therapist at Hudson Valley Physical Therapy, Megan had the opportunity to use her yoga background to create yoga classes specifically to assist in the management of pelvic floor dysfunction. After moving to Manhattan, Megan began working for NYU Langone Center for Men's Health in early 2020. She currently works with both an orthopedic and pelvic health population. Through a dedication to continued learning and mentorship, Megan earned her PRPC (pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certificate) through Herman and Wallace in Spring 2020. She will begin an orthopedic residency through Temple University in 2021. Megan is grateful to continue to represent HVPT through blogging and social media, and to create resources for individuals suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction through the HVPT yoga series. In her free time, Megan loves cooking with her husband, hosting her friends for dinner, running along the East River, and physique 57 classes. Megan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. While attending physical therapy school, Megan earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from Smart Asana Yoga (formerly Inner Light Yoga Center) in central New Jersey.
