JK Biological Consulting is a Southern California Based business founded in 2010 by Biologist and Restoration Specialist Joanna Kipper. For over 15 years Mrs. Kipper has been performing biological surveys, focus plant surveys, vegetation mapping, habitat restoration, mitigation and construction monitoring, permit compliance, and technical writing for biological reports. She has a bachelors degree in Environmental Biology and Natural Resource Management from the University of California at Davis.
