Katy is committed to learning and began studying appraisal theory a few years before opening her business. In 2013, she received the "Certified Master Appraiser" designation through the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers; becoming the fourth CMA in the nation. Ms. Bodenburg is a member of the Accredited Gemologists Association and the GIA Alumni Association of Greater Cincinnati. Her training is ongoing in the field of appraising, new gemological findings and advancements, current jewelry trends and manufacturing techniques.
