In 2017, Middleton Glen resident, Helmut Seaman, directed that instead of receiving the refund of his entrance fee, he wanted it used as seed money for an enduring charitable fund in Middleton Glen's name. The Middleton Glen Legacy Fund was created by the MG & SH Boards of Directors in 2018 with a goal of outreach and contribution to the greater good of the Middleton area community.
