I graduated from the Veterinary Medical Assistant program at NAIT in 2015 and joined the clinic the same year. My favourite thing about working at the clinic is the stray program. It is very rewarding to be able to make a difference in an animal's life. I try to make sure that they know, no matter what they have been through, they are loved! Another thing I like is the positive team atmosphere! My coworkers are wonderful. Ever since I was a little girl, I have been an avid animal lover.

I graduated in 1982 from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and joined the clinic in 1985. What I love most about my job is that every day is a different day, there is never an exact repeat of the previous day. There is never any time for boredom, we are part of a very active and engaging medical profession involving both people and their four-legged companions. My favourite thing about the clinic is the people I work with and the small town atmosphere, where people know each other. Fun fact about me is that I am often referred to as the Energizer Bunny. I just go, go, go whether at work, or at play. Also, my first was pet was a Spaniel-type dog named Bingo.

Growing up in Manitoba, I have always had a love for animals and the outdoors. After taking a few career detours in aviation and business, I decided to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian. I graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 2022, and joined the Morinville Veterinary Clinic in September of that same year. I have a special interest in exotic & wildlife medicine, and I enjoy surgery. A fun fact about me is that I love to play guitar and ukulele. When I am not busy helping animals, I enjoy playing board games with my wife and kids, as well as spending time with our dog, cat, cockatiel and two guinea pigs.

I graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 1986. I always wanted to enter a medical profession and combining that with a love of animals, made it an easy choice to become a veterinarian. I joined the clinic in April 2017. I was looking for a permanent part-time position and had heard a lot of good things about the Morinville Veterinary Clinic. I enjoy surgery and have interests in dermatology and ophthalmology. What I love most about the clinic is that there is something new and challenging almost every day! Fun fact about me is that I like to compete in Triathlon. My first pet was a cat named Ginger.

I was born and raised in Concepcion, Chile. As a child, I spend holidays and weekends at the farm. After graduating from Veterinary Medicine at the University Austral in Chile in 1993, I worked on a dairy farm. After a couple of years, I started teaching surgery at the University and did a Master/Residency in Clinical Sciences in Large Animal at Virginia Tech in the United States. During my stay in Virginia, I met my future husband who is Canadian, and in 2005, we moved to Edmonton. For the last ten years, I have been practicing Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. I joined Morinville Veterinary Clinic in September 2018. My major areas of interest are feline medicine and surgery, soft tissue surgery and dentistry. It is hard to determine who was my first pet because, at the farm, everyone was a pet, but Mao "the cat" and Pip "the dog." I love the everyday interaction with patients and clients. The team at the clinic is very friendly and helpful. A fun fact about me is that I speak different languages such as Spanish, French and English.

I graduated in 1988 and joined the clinic in 1989. What I love most about my job is helping people's pets! I never get tired of seeing what a special bond people and their families have with their pets. I feel so privileged to be a part of it; from that first vaccination appointment, through all the quills, wounds, cat bite abscesses; to that final visit. We can make such a difference! My favourite thing about the clinic is my co-workers; we all love what we do, and have a variety of skills and interests that complement each other. Fun fact about me is that my favourite thing to do is to travel and spend time in nature hiking, backpacking, scuba diving, snorkelling, etc. I love to learn about the different environments, animals, plants and people! Also, my first was a pet was named Tinker.

If there wasn't a limit of how many cats I could own, I'd be otherwise known as a crazy cat-lady. Currently, I have two cats a dog named Louie, who I always refer to as my first born.
