Our organization is its own entity, meaning we are wholly independent from ePS. We are not owned, directed or funded by them. We are a non-profit organization that is self-supporting through membership dues. This makes us more effective at achieving our goals of assisting our fellow users, providing education and support to our members, and presenting a unified voice to ePS in a collaborative effort to enrich the Monarch Suite of products through committee groups that manage user-submitted requests for software enhancements... We would like to take this opportunity to share with you what the Monarch Users Group is all about. We are a fantastic community of printing, mailing and fulfillment companies from across the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Germany and the UK, who work together to support one another in their use of Monarch Foundation, Planner, PrintFlow, AutoCount, PrintStream and other add-on modules.
