Alex Haditaghi is a visionary entrepreneur, having built several companies from concept development to success in their respective industries. He has been working in the mortgage industry in Canada since 2001 and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial mortgages. Mr. Haditaghi served as President of Lending Tree Canada for five years until he founded MortgageBrokers.com in January 2005, which has grown to become a successful brokerage brand in the Canadian mortgage marketplace. He focused MortgageBrokers.com around brokers looking for a technology-based brand that offered high tech tools to build their businesses, increase efficiencies, and position them for the future. Since 2005, Mr. Haditaghi has been the CEO of MortgageBrokers.com Holdings, Inc. In 2008, he was recognized by Profit Magazine as leading Canada's fastest emerging growth company. In 2009, he founded Pacific NA, which acquired Mortgage Architects and myNext Mortgage in early 2010. Mr Haditaghi is strong advocate of the mortgage brokerage channel and non-bank lenders, both of which help ensure that more Canadians can achieve their dreams of home ownership and financial security.

Gary Cilevitz is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years experience in both Canadian and American accounting and auditing, with a focus in dynamic high growth public companies.
Gary was recently Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of MoneyLogix, and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Richview Resources Inc., a TSX listed company. During his tenure at Richview Resources Inc, he helped grow the company from three to thirty people. All accounting and regulatory filings, cash flow management, budgeting and all facets of the accounting department were his responsibility. He implemented and strengthened internal control procedures, testing and documentation. Gary managed all corporate secretarial duties, including share issuance and filings and managed all back office operations. Fundraising activities included a German Fund Raise Prospectus, convertible loans and private placements.
George Zhang is one of the original employees when myNext Mortgage Company was founded in 2006. He is responsible for funding, hedging, interest rate risk management, mortgage sale, product pricing and ALCO process. Mr. Zhang is a Chartered Financial Analyst and previously managed balance sheets including mortgage portfolios for both BMO Financial Group and CIBC/Firstline for over 10 years. He has fifteen years of experience in the areas of treasury and asset liability management. In the earlier part of his career, George spent five years in the area of marketing research.

Pierre has been working in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and is recognized as a seasoned leader and manager in credit operations. Pierre is a results based manager, striving for service excellence while managing and developing relationships with brokers and other mortgage industry professionals.
Pierre was recently the Director of Credit Operations at Paradigm Quest Inc. and prior to that he managed a team of underwriters and auditors at Macquarie Financial. He is fully bilingual in English and French and holds and MBA in Finance from Ecole Superieure de Gestion from Paris France.

Robert Hyde has been working in the Canadian mortgage industry since April, 2005. Since that time, he has held executive positions with responsibilities in the areas of mortgage lending, servicing, and funding, mortgage brokerage, corporate finance, reporting and pro forma/valuations, mergers and acquisitions, legal agreement preparation and administration, public company administration for a company listed on the OTCBB, establishment and administration of 2 national Canadian Franchisors, establishment & administration of warrant, option and other capital structure programs, regulatory and legal liaison, equity and debt financing including private placement memorandum and registration statement preparation, strategic market planning, business model and marketing support, corporate development, and accounting support. Previously, Robert had a 17-year career in the professional engineering, software and management consulting industries servicing the risk management, real estate, financial services and petrochemical industries and has significant business building experience in Canada and the US.

Recognized as a Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame inductee, Ron is a respected member of the Canadian mortgage industry with a proven executive management track record and almost two decades of experience in a variety of leadership roles. Prior to joining Radius., Ron served as President of MCAP's residential mortgage origination, broker channel sales and servicing business for over 10 years. Formerly a Mortgage Broker and native of Vancouver, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge of the Canadian retail mortgage market to the operations at Radius.
