NTRPDC is dedicated to helping our local governments increase their capacity to provide needed services and increase their effectiveness in responding to the needs of their residents. We provide grant writing assistance, transportation planning, and information technology services to help improve our region and position it for future growth... Since 1970, the Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission has been providing resources to help our region succeed. Our board and staff are devoted to economic and workforce development across the five-county region.
