Angela Bawden is an artist from Utah. She paints unique contemporary style wall art of animals, nature and botanicals. She works with a wide range of media, including oil paint, acrylic paint, inks, plasters, polymers and gold leafing. She enjoys the free-flowing artistic expression of playing with different mediums and incorporating various distinctive techniques into her work. She has skillful talent to create aesthetically pleasing and soothing paintings that go well with classic, rustic and modern design equivalently.
Angela grew up in a large artistic family. From her earliest memories, she was creating art. She feels that art is intrinsic to her soul. Art has always been a part of her world. Her father was a full-time professional artist-sculptor who supported the family through his art career. Throughout her childhood, her father always had a home art studio where she would spend much of her time playing with clay and drawing. In school, she would get caught doodling and drawing instead of paying attention to the teacher. She learned many techniques and concepts from her father. During her childhood and young adult years, she helped her father and siblings sculpt many life-sized and larger statues and monuments. She started a mural painting business in 2005. She painted dozens of commissioned murals and custom wall art throughout the following years.
In 2014, Angela started painting her own inspired fine art creations on canvas and panel. Since then, she has developed a unique and distinctive large body of work from countless hours of creating and experimenting in her art studio.
Angela's extraordinary distinctive style of work has quickly caught the attention of lovers of contemporary realism and abstract art alike. With her work in high demand, she has been able to pursue her passion of creating art full time.
Debi Coules is well recognized in the world of art. A graduate of Syracuse University, she has spent many years working in the field of art. From Fashion illustration, to Children's Book Illustration to Decorative Painting and Fine Art Painting, the journey has been one of constant discovery. Debi has taught at private colleges, art centers, has studio classes and gives private instruction. She has been published in many magazines and books including domestic and international.
With Debi's love for using a soft pallet, painting animals, floral and other subjects, she has developed what you could call a romantic style. Her painting and prints can be found in homes all across the United States and abroad.
Debi works in acrylic and watercolors but always looks forward to a new challenge and a new media.
Diane Kater began her artistic journey at a very early age, drawing and coloring her way through childhood. Continuing into a more learned environment, she participated in a commercial art program in high school and then onto art school where she graduated with an associate's degree in advertising and design. She worked in the commercial field as an art director of an advertising agency until she branched out onto her own and specialized in graphic design. In 1991, she met Judy VonStein of Imaginating, Inc. and ventured into a needlework designer, designing cross-stitch and quilt patterns. Her painting talents led her to her current agent, Penny Lane Publishing.
Today, she produces a range of interchangeably styled still-life paintings in acrylic medium. A "country-esque" theme shadows over much of her work as she captures the essence of home. Diane's paintings are soft and comfortable. She believes country is homemade and handmade, but most of all provides a feeling of comfort that she wishes to draw her viewer into.
