R3 FITNESS

R3 Fitness is a new approach to personal training that is fun, affordable, and effective. We are more than Personal Trainers... There is no "one size fits all" approach to fitness. Producing results for our clients is our responsibility. We deliver results in a fun and motivating way, and provide an environment conducive to success. A positive atmosphere and supportive environment motivates our clients and creates the "R3 fitness experience", where the journey toward fitness goals becomes its own reward. Our passion for coaching will manifest itself in our clients' experience during the best part of their day: Their workouts... We call ourselves fitness coaches instead of personal trainers. Anyone can become a certified personal trainer in a two day course. We have a much higher standard. All R3 coaches complete a thorough, intense, advanced training program and we require all coaches participate in constant and continuing education.
