SIF Banat-Crișana is a self-managed company and since March 2018 it is authorized by ASF as alternative investment fund manager (AIFM), and it is classified as per the provisions of Law no. 243/2019 as closed-ended alternative investment fund, diversified, addressed to retail investors (AIFRI), self-managed, authorized by ASF in this capacity since July 2021.
