Sterling Whitman McLamore Jr. graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in business management from the Cox School of Business. Sterling began investing in real estate after the housing crash of 2008. He was mentored by his father-in-law, Vincent Palori, who is a successful multi-family and comercial real estate investor in Tampa. Sterling started from the ground up doing all of the acquisitions and remodels himself. He has overseen more than 100 home renovations in addition to complex apartment building infrastructure and cosmetic repairs. Sterling's experience enables him to identify and renovate assets to achieve maximum profitability. Sterling enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle with his wife, Melissa, and their two children.
