Moved to Beaufort in 2022 and joined Streamline Developers with long term goals and big aspirations for the company.

Brynn Phillips is the Sales Manager for Streamline Developers. Growing up in Southeastern Virginia, her whole life has been embedded in the coast. She has lived in Carteret County since 2011 and wouldn't dream of living anywhere else. After graduating from Old Dominion University in 2009, she happened upon a passion for real estate and specifically new construction. After years of gaining experience in the field, she came to work at Streamline in 2017, knowing that the existing team's passion for growth and ambition for success matched hers. She's a blur of a figure to most, but when she's relaxing, she's on or by the water in what she calls her "church".
Chris's journey through life has been firmly rooted in the world of construction, a path that he has navigated with passion and expertise. With a wealth of experience spanning across remediation, remodeling, high-end residential, and semi-custom new construction, Chris's career has been a testament to his unwavering commitment to his craft.

Jordan has had an interest in construction since childhood. At age 14, he turned that interest into a passion as he began his career working for a General Contractor in Kinston, NC. In addition to his hands on experience, Jordan continued gaining knowledge through formal education including obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University. Upon graduation, he joined a construction firm in Eastern North Carolina as a Superintendent where he gained knowledge in green building and large scale projects. As he spent time on the coast of North Carolina, he saw an opportunity to start a construction and development company. Jordan founded Streamline Developers in 2012 with the goal of helping others realize the homes of their dreams.
