SYNCTI - Key Persons
Anna is originally from Fishers, IN and graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School in 2015. Before working at SYNC Technology Integration, she worked as an administrative assistant in a career in Early Child Care. Anna started working for the company in January of 2023, her main passions include communicating with clients and finding new ways to help and improve SYNC Technology Integration.
Anna would describe the work environment of SYNC as being supportive and trusting as career development is extremely encouraged.

Chris comes to us from Harlan, IN where he attended Indiana Tech and Purdue University at Ft. Wayne. Chris, our lead technician, works on a wide variety of projects (primarily on the custom side), project installations and other areas within SYNCti. Chris's main passions in our industry are outdoor audio/visual projects. He's been with SYNCti since May of 2017.
When Chris isn't working, he spends time with his wife and son! Chris enjoys watching basketball and trying out new local eateries. Fun fact: "I'm a twin! The other one is taller but I'm smarter!" - Chris
Originally from Ft. Wayne, IN, Gary studied architecture and accounting at Ball State before finding his love for technology. Gary has been in the electronics industry since 2004 and in the audio/visual world since 2005. His passion lies within audio specifically, but also enjoys the process of system and theater/media room design.
In Gary's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and attending Purdue basketball & football games.
Gary Jefferies founded SYNC Technology Integration (SYNCti) in February 2012. Previously, working ten years at a Fortune 100 company, Jefferies realized he couldn't sufficiently cater to his clients' technology needs and wants. He felt constrained by the level of service and by the limited products provided at one of America's largest corporations. Fast forward to the present, and SYNCti is one of the fastest-growing audio/visual, custom installation companies in the nation.
Matt is our Production Field Manager and started with us in June of 2023. Matt works with our primary builders (Estridge and Onyx+East), plus others and clients to ensure the right solutions are in place for each project. Matt comes to us from Muncie, IN and attended Indiana University. Most recently, Matt just moved back to Indiana from Scottsdale, AZ, where he's lived for the past three years, working as a Sim Operations Manager.
When Matt isn't working, he is out on the golf course, visiting local breweries and restaurants or finding a concert to attend.
Fun fact: Matt has three hole-in-ones!
