Ideally, you will have details of your grandparents - or even your great grandparents. Don't worry if not - there are ways around that, but this sometimes means that we would have to order certificates and the costs for this have to be considered. Once we have as much information as possible, we work out how long the research is likely to take, how many - if any - certificates have to be ordered, and of course we can work out an approximate price for you. We will then get back to you as quickly as possible with a quote. Alternatively, you could simply set a fixed price for the work and we will work within that limit.
