AJ has 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction. Prior to joining Wall Systems, AJ worked 17 years for Ganther Construction. He began his career with Ganther Construction as a carpenter, after 4 years in the field AJ was promoted to Project Superintendent. As a Project Superintendent, AJ was responsible for all aspects of the project from groundbreaking through completion. AJ's responsibilities included estimating and contracts, day to day operations, contractor and sub-contractor coordination, material delivery, labor resources, quality control, and workplace safety. AJ managed numerous Manufacturing, Senior Living, Renovation and Adaptation, Commercial, Educational and Religious, Assisted Living, Retail, and Community projects.
