Wildlife Cooperative is a land management company. We are best known for operating premium members-only hunting and fishing leases across the Southeast and Midwest. Lease members enjoy year-round access to a managed property for about the cost of one guided hunt with an outfitter. We also offer consultant services to landowners and investors. Our specialties include property acquisition, multi-use land management plans, wildlife habitat improvement, lease management, and feral hog trapping... How does a WILDLIFE CO-OP lease work? WILDLIFE CO-OP secures the lease by paying the landowner up front. We then develop a wildlife management plan unique to that tract of land. The plan stipulates the optimal number of members for that property. Once the lease is fully executed and a management plan is in place, WILDLIFE CO-OP vets candidates and picks individuals to fill the member slots.
