Allison Makkay Davis brings over 20 years of experience in the communications and broadcasting industry to the YMCA. As the owner of Makkay Broadcasting group she operated a cluster of three radio stations (WPXC, WRZE and WCIB). She later served as Market Manager and Market President at Quantum Communications and iheartMedia respectively. Allison serves as a Board Member of the Cape Cod Times Needy Fund. She joined the YMCA Board in 2017 and has jumped in with both feet chairing the Head Start Committee, and serving as the Second Vice Chair and Secretary. Allison holds a BA from Smith College and an MBA from Dartmouth College, the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Community Connections welcomed Dave in July of 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. He then began serving as President and CEO of the organization on July 1, 2017. Dave attended Springfield College then continued his education at Bentley University where he received his bachelor's degree in Accounting and continued on to Babson College for his MBA. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair of the Town of Yarmouth Disabilities Commission. He was involved in the startup of the Yarmouth Food Pantry, is a Yarmouth Rotarian, and a veteran of the Coast Guard.

In 1999, Liz moved to the Cape with her family and helped establish Rabideau Media Group as co-owner and associate publisher. When the company was sold, she directed her attention to nonprofits on Cape Cod. Liz's work with nonprofits has always been focused on building relationships to strengthen the message and mission of these organizations. Previously Liz held Executive Director roles at the Cape Cod Maritime Museum and Cape Cod Center for Women. She is currently the Director of Community Relationships at Community Connections. Liz has been a Board Member for YMCA Cape Cod since 2004, and is a former Board Chair. Liz has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a graduate certificate in Gender, Leadership and Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

As a motivated and knowledgeable individual with over 20 years' experience working in all aspects of building operations and facilities management, Mark joins the Y with a primary objective to support the organizations core goals through social responsibility and to foster a healthy environment. Mark believes in forward thinking and applying sustainable practices that include looking at decisions we make today and how they will impact future generations. As a part of the business function, being resourceful will be a key element in my approach to evaluating, maintaining and upgrading systems through proper planning and the budgetary process. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a membership to The National Society of Leadership and Success. He is currently enrolled with the OSHA Education Center for a 30-hour OSHA certificate course.

Missy Politi is the Chief Financial Officer for YMCA Cape Cod. She joins our team after over a decade working for local nonprofit organizations, including as the Director of Finance & Accounting at the Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen's Alliance and most recently as the General Accounting Manager at the International Fund for Animal Welfare. Missy is excited to bring her varied experience and skillset to the CFO role and help the Y continue to have a positive and growing impact on the Cape Cod community.
Missy holds a bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting and master's degree in Accounting from Bentley University.

PJ Richardson is the Chief Financial Development Officer who believes that it is our responsibility to nurture the potential of every child and teen. Rose Ann Francis is the Senior Administrative & Volunteer Coordinator for the YMCA Cape Cod. She maintains accurate meeting notes and administrative directives in working with the Board of Directors, Committees, Staff, and Community partners of the YMCA. Rose Ann also maintains the CEO's daily schedule of meetings. She oversees the Volunteer program and records for over 400 volunteers of the YMCA. Rose Ann believes the YMCA provides a vital service to community members at every stage in their lives. She is grateful for the opportunity be a part of an organization that helps make confident kids and supports contributing engaging adults.
Rose Ann previously has been employed in the private club industry and worked on two national golf sporting events (the US Open and the Ryder Cup Matches). While employed at The Country Club in Brookline MA she was awarded the Employee of the Year. She is the 2021 Employee of the Year. Stacie Peugh is the President and CEO of the YMCA Cape Cod. She believes we can make our communities stronger by investing in people of all ages to support them in pursuing a life of continuous learning & development. Stacie has a proven track record of transforming YMCAs to meet the needs of all people in the communities they serve. She is proud of her leadership strengths in fiscal and human capital approaches allowing the Y to attract and retain a thriving workforce & volunteer supporters to best serve the community.
Stacie has been awarded the Eastern Bank Community Advocacy Award for her outstanding commitment to the community as well as the Paul Lorusso Leadership Award. Stacie holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education & Biology from The College of Saint Rose.

Steve Johannessen joined Cape Cod 5 in 2013 as Financial Project Manager and currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. Prior to joining Cape Cod 5, Steve served as Audit Manager at a national public accounting and advisory firm where he earned his Certified Public Accounting license. He holds a Master of Finance Degree from Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Providence College.

Brad earned a B.S. at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point N.Y. and a master's degree in transportation and oceans systems management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge MA. Brad has been active in many civic organizations; the Cape Cod Commission, Barnstable County Economic Development Commission, Cape Cod Metropolitan Planning Organization, Cape Light Compact (board member), Cape Cod Regional Technical High School Committee, and the Dennis Water District (moderator). He is the co-founder of Tiptide Running Cape Cod, a USA Track and Field youth running program. Brad joined the YMCA Board in 2018, as the 1st Vice Chair he is a member of Executive Committee and leads the effort to bring a YMCA to the Lower Cape. Brad and his wife Kim are the proud parents of three children.
