YES is a voluntary organisation comprising a Committee of personnel from Local Government, Youth Services, Industry, Finance, and Education. For our Conferences we rely on the goodwill and time provided by a group of volunteers many of whom are in full time employment, who give a day to support the young people as Facilitators at the Conferences. We also have an extensive range of representatives from a wide range of Businesses who share their expertise with the students at the WOW Conferences...
