Job Titles:
- Architect & Design Project Manager
Adam has a wealth of experience in both the planning and technical side of our business having worked on developments of all sizes. Having worked in Essex & London prior to joining FINC, Adam honed his skills in the delivery of housing projects for exclusive clients for Residential, Commercial and Sports & Leisure schemes. Adam is part of the design team undertaking project management alongside his architectural role, whilst working on the delivery of projects for our existing clients. Adam loves spending quality time with his family and is a MASSIVE West Ham fan, everywhere he goes.
Alan is responsible for creating drawings for the Technical Team, whilst specific deadlines, communicate efficiently and manage expectations. He also has experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers, whilst providing accurate and concise technical drawings for manufacture.
Chelsea is a Part I Qualfied Architectural Assistant and is currently finalising her Part 2 qualifications. Chelsea brings her diverse multitasking skillset, to accompany her passion and hard working traits to assist the Design team at the company.
Garry's role will be hybrid in nature, with half of his role dedicated to business operations, including driving efficiency/quality into all of our teams and affecting a seamless integration of Landscape Services into the office. In addition to this role, Garry also works within the planning team on the delivery of design projects. Garry loves gaming, drones, photography and the Harry Potter franchise!

- Landscape Director ( FINC Southern )
John joins FINC as our new landscape director with over 15 years' experience preparing and overseeing deliverables for a diverse array of projects ranging from site promotion, strategic landscape planning and landscape-led masterplanning for residential schemes to the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects. John has a wide skill set including LVIA appraisal and assessment, concept and detailed design and site-based implementation. John likes to keep fit and is a keen mountain biker. He also coaches rugby for his son's local juniors team and keeps a collection of bonsai trees.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience & knowledge in the industry. As part of the Technical Team, he assists on all projects at technical stage for our valued developer clients whilst liasing with Building Control.
Having worked on similar projects to FINC's for the past decade, Jordan was an excellent fit for our team when he joined in 2017. Since then he has busied himself with the production of technical information and details for some of our more bespoke projects.
Katie has extensive experience delivering complex technical projects, including high-rise housing and commercial buildings. Exception attention to detail and organizational ability make Katie an excellent addition to the FINC technical team.
Lina is an Urban Designer with extensive experience delivering masterplans, feasibility layouts and planning applications for land promoters, housing developers and contractors.
Lina joins FINC from a large multi-disciplinary practice, bringing experience of working in both rural and urban environments.
Mahsa has excellent architectural experience in Essex and neighbouring counties. She is an innovative and adaptable individual who takes on a pro-active approach to assist with design work at the company.
Mark has worked in the industry for 30 years, producing technical drawings for complex developments across the country. His projects include high-end dwellings to high-rise apartments and everything in-between. You can usually find Mark sketching the solutions to complex details in his note book.

Rob has extensive experience of the delivery of residential lead projects, having spent the last 12 years working for national house-builders and land promoters on large-scale residential projects. With a land & planning background, extensive network of industry contacts and commercial knowledge, Rob is expertly placed to lead the delivery of masterplans, planning applications and working drawings. His appointment will add experience and knowledge to the businesses delivery of residential projects, whilst helping the expansion into new sectors and services.
Shelby ensures the smooth running of the business, whilst providing countless other tasks. In recent years, Shelby's hard work and management have been invaluable to the business and we're delighted to have her join the Directors at FINC.
Simon brings a wealth of experience to the role along with his skills to enhance our very talented technical team.
Steve has a history of delivering complex retail, commercial and residential schemes. His main focus is ensuring the design and technical teams at FINC are continually striving for excellence and delivering projects of the highest quality for our clients.
Steve (Millsy) provides us with a dedicated, full-time internal resource to ensure the quality of our graphic work is maintained as the business grow

Steve is very much a front-end designer, and spend most of his working day assessing sites, through feasibility studies and layouts. His intention is to always create places and spaces that are vibrant, whilst being mindful of commercial value for our clients. Steve is a big Rugby Union follower along with Formula 1 and supporting his beloved West Ham.
Yang has a reputation for exceptional design ability, within the confines of the client's budget and timescales. You will often find Yang at the drawing board, producing beautiful hand-drawn perspectives or overseeing the quality of designs within the planning team.
Yanheng has worked in the industry for almost 30 years producing technical drawings for mutli sector developments across Europe and Asia. Alongside her technical abilities, Yanheng has vast experience in the planning stages of projects.
