The Main objective of organization is to protect and strengthen, socio-educational, cultural, scientific, literary interests of people belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes of the nation. Provides support, and guide them in the service-related matters of the employees working in government and private sector and to resolve their difficulties at the state level. To promote the development of social work standards and practice, and to advocate for social policies that advance social justice and diversity for scheduled caste and scheduled tribes' community. To protect and promote the reservation given by the central government and State government to the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes. Securing reservation in future and Making efforts for reservation system in the private sector also includes our main aim.
