After buying and selling a condominium and single family home, Charmaine decided to get her real estate license, and joined us in 2003. Since then she has helped many clients throughout the Greater Hartford area realize their dream of homeownership. Her clients benefit from her knowledge, energy and dedication to her profession. Charmaine is always looking for opportunities to improve her real estate knowledge and is in the process of obtaining her broker's license.

Steven began his real estate career in 1988 managing apartment buildings. He obtained his real estate license in 1994, earning several "Top Producer" awards before opening his own brokerage in 1997. His experience managing, renovating, and buying/selling property over the past 30 years helps him provide an exceptional level of expertise to his clients.
