Mr. Westerfield is a seasoned executive who has supported multiple DoD programs and missions. He has helped create multiple new programs-of-record in the Presidential Budget. He provided leadership for a Submarine Launched drone program, Torpedo Countermeasure Program, Undersea Mine Hunter program, Undersea Payload program, and an Anti-Submarine Warfare $1B ID/IQ. He sold an Enterprise CyberSecurity SW License to the US Army CIO-G6 as well as the NMCI (Naval Marine Corp Intranet). He has supported the warfighter via secure airborne radios for the Link16 air tier and Close Air Support (CAS) missions. He earned a Program Manager of the Year award for post-sales support leadership. He was awarded an Outstanding Achievement for Engineering Leadership while supporting NASA.

With over 21+ years in the Security Industry, Eben has served as Vice-Chair of the NCMS Society of Industrial Security Professionals Las Vegas Chapter, has been awarded the credential of Insider Threat Security Specialist (ITSS), has successfully performed in a Facility Security Officer (FSO) role since 2013, managed security programs for clients such as NASA, DOE, DOT, DEA, and many more.
Mr. Halcyin holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management, regularly attends the latest security training and is a member of several professional associations, including ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security).
