Casper is the Design Director at ARROW and has worked closely with Ulrik since the creation of ARROW Architects in 2012. He oversees the competition team and follows the design development of on-going projects, creating customer contact and takes part of the strategical development of ARROW with a focus on Ireland and the UK. He is driven by creating human-oriented design concepts in close partnership our clients and collaborators. His design methodology follows a deep-rooted Danish approach to urban design and architecture with focused attention on human well-being and user experience.

Eduardo is a Senior Architect and Project Manager at ARROW. He plays a role in both competitions and as a key member of the design team, managing projects from their conceptual stage to completion. Prior to joining ARROW in 2018, he worked in Berlin, gaining experience across varying scales and typologies; including housing, cultural and educational projects. He possesses a strong technical understanding and has the ability to provide detail solutions to complex design challenges.

Juan joined ARROW in 2019 as Project Architect for ARROW's first highly sustainable timber building. In 2021 he became a project manager, bringing a systematic approach to his project delivery and drawing on his experience working on large scale and complexed projects across Latin America, Africa and Europe.

Leila is a Senior Architect and respected Project manager at ARROW, with knowledge in all phases of architectural project development. She is a key member of the design team and responsible for the delivery of some of ARROW's most complexed projects, including ARROW's first highly sustainable timber building. Since joining ARROW in 2015, she has been involved in many different phases and scales of projects, bringing her on-site knowledge into the team to ensure the design concept is deliverable at all times.
