Anna Kroll is a Medical Device Professional who has held roles in Product Management and Marketing, Business Development and Executive Management. She is currently the Director of Marketing at Stryker Orthopaedics in the Performance Solutions Business unit. She is responsible for establishing and implementing the marketing strategy and tactical marketing objectives for the division. Performance Solution is Strykers' healthcare transformation business. They help hospitals and physician customers improve their clinical, financial, and operational performance to be successful under new healthcare reform initiatives. Before joining Performance Solutions, Anna worked as VP of Marketing for Onkos Surgical, a Medical Device start-up focused on Orthopedic Oncology. Prior to that she had the opportunity to run a foot and ankle start-up company where she was responsible for all company operations including HR, Marketing, R&D, Distribution and Quality and Regulatory. Anna and her husband Shawn Kroll and two daughters reside in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Charlie Clark received an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and MBA in Medical Services Management from the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University. He completed a 3 year Residency in Family Medicine at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, in Springfield, Illinois in 1976, and has been Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He practiced family medicine in Frederick, Maryland for 17 years. He has worked for various managed care companies for 20 years doing administrative medicine, until his retirement in 2014. He has extensive experience in utilization review, case management, quality care management, and disease management.
John Dodd - Founder, President
John Dodd has a broad knowledge of government and industry practices in e-government and enterprise architecture. John leads the Health Care Quality Information System as the Chief Architect and is the partner for the Computer Sciences Corporation's (CSC) Healthcare Service Transformation Practice that supports not only the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), but also federal Health and Human Services (HHS), state-level health agencies and the Military Health and Veterans Administration integration. He has created an overall design approach that began with the Medicaid IT Architecture and extends to a service-oriented enterprise that combines business architecture with new Business Process-Human Task Flows and Rules Management, as well as new data integration and interoperability technology combined with an "ensemble of shared services." The approach is used by all state Medicaid programs; John worked closely with the North Carolina and Maryland programs. He has defined a series of "Platform as Services" offerings to address the common needs of the healthcare focused enterprise.
