Thereafter, he studied everything he could find on the subject of guitar building. Within a year, he was ready to build his first guitar and Beau Guitars was born. One of his early mentors was,Frank Finocchio , who is a veteran luthier, as well as an instructor and former engineer for Martin Guitars. Frank was extremely generous with his time and Arthur benefited greatly from his experience and his willingness to share his vast knowledge of building guitars. He will forever appreciate his years of guidance and friendship... Arthur Beaumia's passion for building guitars began in 2000. Knowing that he had played guitars for many years, a co-worker thought he would enjoy a catalog which sold guitar building materials. He did not know that this simple act would open his eyes to a new and exciting career.
