The largest roof-mounted solar photovoltaic system in Southern Africa is installed at Black River Park. All waste is sorted on site into recyclable and non-recyclable materials and we also provide for the correct disposal of fluorescent tubing. Ecologically friendly gardens are maintained with borehole water pumped on site. Buildings are fitted with performance glass and balcony overhangs to reduce heat and shield harsh sunlight.
