Established in 1999, Care and Repair West Norfolk is the local Home Improvement Agency (HIA) for King's Lynn and West Norfolk and Fenland... Working in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies as well as the private sector, Care & Repair also aims to help people avoid falls, reduce hospital admissions, avoid or delay admissions into care homes and help to increase the take up of benefits... In Care and Repair we have our own Integrated Housing Adaptations Team (IHAT), who work in partnership with Social Services, Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners, to offer a fully integrated and efficient service from start to finish.
